Chapter 14 Brittany

It is time for a new chapter. We leave Thailand and travel 12,000 kilometres to a place closer to home and close to Guillaume's heart - Brittany. The Breton kitchen is characterized by simplicity and quality of the products used. Expect refined dishes such as sea bream with artichoke, fish soup with rouille and mussels with curry. The Chefs menu mainly has fish dishes, but there are meat and vegetarian alternatives.

 

 

At Guts & Glory we offer a surprise menu and each chapter we let a different country, culture or protien inspire us. Our current chapter 14 is Brittany. Below you can see our previous ones. Every new chapter we feel like a complete new restaurant, with some constant factors like our great team and atmosphere.
